Very disappointing experience. There were around eight employees working, with most of them just standing around, and we were the only car in the drive-thru. Despite that, it took over 10 minutes to get a single small snow cone. There was no explanation or sense of urgency. When a business has plenty of staff and almost no customers, you expect quick service. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. I hope management addresses the lack of efficiency because this experience did not meet expectations.

I have gotten three snow cones from here. 1 was fantastic! 1 was ok. The one I purchased today was essentially a cup of ice. There just wasn’t much flavoring at all. I ended up using it for my Diet Coke. 7 dollars for a cup of ice 😬

I used to work for bucks in my hometown, so I’m familiar with the standards the company usually expects. That’s why today was disappointing. When I walked in, I stood at the front for about five minutes before anyone acknowledged me. I understand they were busy, but a simple “we’ll be right with you” would have gone a long way. The employee who eventually helped me was friendly, which is the reason for the second star. After receiving my snow cone, I could tell the crème being used was the sugar free one. Since I don’t like it, and that’s not what I asked for, I wanted it remade. I waited by the pickup area for several minutes while employees looked in my direction, but nobody checked on me. Eventually, I asked an employee at the sink whether the crème was the regular version. She told me, “I can make you another one, but I promise it’s going to look the exact same.” I then pointed to the regular crème and asked if I could try it. She said yes. When I received the replacement snow cone, it looked correct on top. But, once I got halfway through it, I realized only the top portion had been remade with the correct crème while the rest underneath was still the sugar free one. It felt l

Had a mix up on orders but the manager here is above and beyond and an overall great guy and not only fixed it but knocked it out of the park. Awesome customer service from everyone with big smiles. Will definitely go back i love this place!

One of the best treats in town, friendly staff and clean place to chill inside or out on the patio, thanks again 👍 I'll recommend it for anyone!
